校園是孩子們學習的場域,也是彼此理解「不同」、學會「尊重」並感受到「被理解」
的重要地方。
還記得小時候的運動服,男同學穿綠色,女同學則會被要求選擇紅色。在過往,這或許被視
為理所當然,但在強調「性別友善」的時代趨勢中,為了讓每個孩子都能自在做自己,「性別教育」
就不僅僅是一堂課,而是一次次的提醒、一次次的理解,以及一次次讓孩子被看見的機會。
我們依循性別友善政策、落實政策機制與辦理相關教師研習,讓校園的每一個角落,從宣導
品到活動規劃,都慢慢地變得更包容、更貼近孩子的需要;老師與故事志工們用故事與生活陪孩
子看見差異、欣賞勇敢追夢的角色、討論生活中的刻板印象,讓孩子知道原來每個人都可以不一
樣,而這個「不一樣」也可以很美麗;有更多家長願意與學校合作,用更溫柔與堅定
的口吻,一起鼓勵孩子「安心做自己」,而每句輕柔的話語,都將成為孩子成長路上
最堅定的力量。
人生的每個動人的故事,都是從每個微小的愛與善開始。當孩子願意互相傾聽、
願意接納不同、願意勇敢做自己,我們的校園就正在慢慢變得更溫暖、更平等、更美好。

Building a Warm and Inclusive Shool
School is a place where children learn and grow. It is also where they learn to
understand differences, practice respect, and feel accepted for who they are.
Many of us may remember a time when boys and girls were expected to dress
or behave in certain ways, for example, boys wearing one color and girls another. In the past, this was often
seen as normal. Today, as we place greater importance on gender friendliness, we understand that every
child deserves the freedom to be themselves. For this reason, gender education is not just one lesson. It is a
series of reminders, moments of understanding, and opportunities for children to be seen and supported.
Our school follows gender-friendly policies and works to put these ideas into practice. We strengthen
our systems and provide ongoing professional learning for teachers. Across the school, from learning
materials to activity planning, we are gradually creating a more inclusive environment that responds to
children’s needs.
Teachers and story-telling volunteers use stories and daily life experiences to help children notice
differences. They encourage children to appreciate diverse role models, admire those who bravely pursue
their dreams, and talk about stereotypes they encounter in everyday life. Through this process, children
learn that everyone can be different, and that these differences can be beautiful.
We are also thankful for the growing number of parents who work closely with the school. With both
gentle guidance and firm support, families and educators encourage children to feel safe being themselves.
Every caring word becomes a steady source of strength for children as they grow.
Every meaningful life story begins with small acts of kindness and care. When children are willing to
listen to one another, accept differences, and have the courage to be themselves, our school becomes
warmer, more equal, and more welcoming. Let us continue
to support our children as they grow and thrive in a gender-
friendly and inclusive school.
